View from the back

The layout consists of four bedrooms each with direct access from outside, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a large terrace equipped with an extra kitchen and barbecue.
Conceived and built in the late sixties by an architect who’s main goal was to achieve simplicity, comfort and functionality expressively for a house near the beach, it’s a perfect retreat for summer holidays, with concrete floors, plenty of windows all around giving it the look of a glass protected shelter projected towards the open air. It's been owned by the same family ever since, it’s extremely well maintained and equipped with all the most useful amenities.

Its character and location makes it the right alternative to a hotel, for a family or a group of friends, with the option of  making it close to a resort treatment, with the extras.  Next to the house in the same property, across a fence, stands a guest-house consisting of  two separate bedrooms with private bathroom and a large  open-air kitchen, dining room and living room.
