The House   (more pictures)

Sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms have a bunk bed for two plus a couch/full bed . Each room has indipendent access from the outside, plenty of closet space and a fan (A/C upon request). There is an indipendent fourth bedroom with a convertible queen size futon.

Two bathrooms with shower and bidet,  a living/dining room with fireplace and a kitchen equipped with microwave oven and dishwasher.

The Terrace    (more pictures)

Above the house, a beautiful terrace surrounded by pine trees is the perfect place for tanning privately under the sun or dining at night under the stars. On the terrace there is a shower, kitchen area and a concrete barbecue.

In front of the house there is a large patio with bamboo furniture and a large wooden table for dining outside.

The Courtyard   (more pictures)

The house lies in a total of  3000 sq. meters of land, divided in two, half belonging to the guest house.  Being in a condominium, there is one neighboring house on each side, separated by fences.

The property is right in front of the beach-access road and just as close to the condominium playground area, consisting of a basketball/volleyball court and a small soccer field.

The Guest House   (more pictures)

Separated by a cane-fence, there is a Guest House consisting of two separate bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

One of the two bedrooms has a bunk bed, the other one a queen size convertible futon.  The guesthouse lies in 1.500 sq mt. of land, characterized by a luscious mediterranean vegetation.

The structure is totally independent from the main house, being equipped with two large gazebos, one serving as a dining area, with kitchen and barbecue, the other one as a living room.

The Beach   (more pictures)

The beach of Santa Margherita, just thirty meters from the house, stretches along 3 km.

The beach is never too crowded but it offers lots of facilities as beach bars, beach sport areas and rental of  boats.
