About Orders
Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days in Europe and the US, and 10–15 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your artwork leaves the studio.
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to info@andreacaruso.it so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
No, unfortunately we must ship to physical addresses. However we are more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing info@andreacaruso.it and we will track it down.
About Prints & Frames
Each artwork is Giclée printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308gsm – a 100% cotton, museum-grade paper known for its softness, depth, and color vibrancy.
Yes. Unframed prints include a 2” (5 cm) white border for flexible presentation and trimming. They are shipped in a protective tube.
We use premium hardwood frames handcrafted in local markets (US and Europe), paired with UV-protective, shatter-resistant acrylic. Small to Collector sizes come with a 5 cm / 2” mat board and Classic Frames. Gallery to Wall sizes are framed in Shadow Boxes for added depth.
Yes. If you have specific dimensions or framing needs, we offer custom options on request.
About Shipping
Yes, we currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — available for a limited time.
Depending on your location, your order will be produced and shipped locally from Europe or the United States to reduce delivery times and customs delays.
Europe & US: 5–10 business days after production International: 10–15 business days.
Production time is up to 2 weeks. Once ready, your artwork is shipped and a tracking number is provided to follow its journey.
Yes. Framed prints are available for international shipping and are securely packaged for transit.
About Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Klarna (only for payments made in EUR).
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed via secure third-party gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Yes, through Klarna (in EUR) or PayPal Pay Later options, where available, you may split payments interest-free.
Gift Cards & Coupons
Yes. As long as there is a balance remaining, a gift card can be used multiple times.
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards toward a single order.
No. Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
No. Our gift cards have no expiration date.
Yes. Gift cards can be combined with a valid discount coupon at checkout.
Coupons or promotional codes can be applied once and are not cumulative. Only one coupon may be used per order.
About Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of each print, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
You can cancel or request a change within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
Unfortunately no. Each piece is printed and framed to order, so exchanges are not available.
